Book Online
Please see the schedule below. Don't forget to check that you are booking into the correct studio location: Adamstown or Morisset!

Step 1: Select which week to start. Make sure you select Week 1 of the term (see home page or timetable page to select which week is Week 1)
Step 2: Select which day and class you wish to enrol in, making sure you select the right studio, class and time
Step 3: Click on the "Book now" button and follow the steps in the wellnessliving app :)

Booking Policy
Please make sure you book into the correct location: Adamstown or Morisset. Incorrect booking of a class will incur an admin fee.
Please choose carefully when booking into classes as your class fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable for any reason.

When enrolling in a course, you must book through our online booking system with full payment to be made to secure your place in class (merchant surcharge applies).

If you wish to pay your deposit to secure your spot in class, you may do so by transferring 50% deposit into the Bella's Pole Studio account with your full name as reference and send a screenshot to Bella on 0402 028 438. Your outstanding balance is due in the very first week of class.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a class, you can do so through our online booking system, provided you give 6 hours notice before your class.

Catch-up classes are offered in the event that you miss your regular class for whatever reason. This must be taken in the same term to ensure that you learn the structured curriculum for that week. Plase check in the studio to see the timetable on when similar classes are running.

Please note - Courses are subject to having 5 or more students enrolled. Bella's Pole Studio has the right to cancel due to low enrolment numbers.

Refund Policy
Please consider your commitment to a term of class as we do not offer refunds or transfers if you decide to cancel your class, regardless of when you decide to cancel. Once term has started we cannot fill your place if you drop out, therefore we have a "non-refund/ non-transferring to another term / non-transferring to another student" policy.

We do not transfer your missed classes to the next term. If you miss a class, you must do your "catch-up" class in the same term you are enrolled in otherwise you forfeit your class. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure you do all your classes in the term you are enrolled in.

It is advised that you make sure you can commit to an entire term before booking in.
